&lt;p&gt;That is actually the online version of a Dutch newspaper. Because newspapers always use multi column layouts, they have made their websites use a multi column layout. I think it works really well, they use javascript to break up the text and distribute it. If you don&#039;t like the layout, you can use the tools on the bottom to change the columns.&lt;/p&gt;
