Pathfinder’s Senior User Experience Designer Alice Toth will be among the experts discussing the integration of User Experience Design and the Agile Development Process at Chicago IxDA’s meeting on June 10, 2009. Panelists for “UX & Agile, Together at Last” will discuss how the iterative approach of Agile can complement the user research and customer testing typical of User Experience Design.
“At Pathfinder, we’ve been integrating UXD and Agile for a few years to develop robust, easy-to-use applications. It’s gratifying to see both the design and development communities embrace a method that we’ve found highly efficient,” said Toth. “Agile’s emphasis on usable software and collaboration with clients are a perfect fit with User Experience Design’s emphasis on usability and simplicity for the user.”
The program will be held at 6:30pm in the Aon Building at 200 E. Randolph Street. For more information, and to register for the discussion, visit http://www.ixda.org/.
